About The Swan Hotel
A luxury family run hotel located in the heart of Stafford town centre. Just months after opening its doors the Brasserie at The Swan scooped two coveted regional food awards. Head Chef, Mark Williams and Brasserie Manager, Luke Stanley were presented with the 'Best Newcomer' and 'Best Use of Local Produce' accolades at the Taste of Staffordshire food awards. In 2004 this success continued when the Brasserie was awarded a sought after rosette by the AA and was subsequently named 'Brasserie Of The Year' at the annual Taste of Staffordshire Awards.
