The Easy Fish Co. fishmongers in Heaton Moor was established in 2008 and, in 2014, the deli area behind the fishmongers was upgraded to a 30-cover seafood restaurant. Although the restaurant has evolved over the years its core values have remained – friendly service and top quality, simply cooked fish and seafood. In 2019 The Easy Fish Co. opened it's first stand-alone seafood restaurant in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The modern, bright restaurant on Water Lane celebrates beautifully cooked fish and seafood and, of course, impeccable service.
