About Hough End Hall
Only open for functions. The venue has undergone a complete transformation and is now ready to welcome customers. The Grade II listed building was built in 1596 and has finally been brought back to life.
The venue hosts seperate areas for bar, restaurant and function room (upstairs).
We only use the best of local and fresh produce to inspire our dishes. Everything is made fresh and produced on the day.
We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service. Whether its for lunch, dinner or just for a drink - come and try the new Hough End Hall for yourself!

We have just visited for the first time. The menu puts a modern twist on the traditional. Food was really well cooked and excellently presented. Service was prompt and efficient but also friendly. Price was competitive £30 for a meal for two (3 courses). Well worth a visit.

My wife and I went to Hough End just after it had re-opened and the reception, food and atmosphere made it a very memorable evening. My wife had the Ostrich which was like steak and was tremendous while I had the Crocodile fillet which looks and tastes like chicken. For a worthwhile experience, good food and a very relaxing evening I would recommend Hough End Hall to anyone.
