Just visited Pesto for the first time in Liverpool last night. I have never known a concept like this and Pesto has definitely made the term 'Italian Tapas' its own. Great food, great wine and the staff could have been nothing better than brilliant last night: all very friendly and really made you feel welcomed. I just hope Pesto chooses to open more branches in the North West. If you decide to bring the concept to Wigan, there will be that many people knocking on the place's door here in Wigan, Pesto will not know what's hit it. Plus, for Pesto to open in light of a recession, the concept is excellent and the company I think will be a survivor in this recession too. Well done.
