Sleek, buzzy Moshi Moshi is a conveyor belt sushi bar situated in Brighton's landmark Opticon building behind the town hall on Bartholomew Square. The restaurant serves elegant, simply prepared Japanese cuisine, from sushi set menus served on a traditional wooden platters to hot seasonal dishes such as tempura, pork tonkatsu and freshwater eel teriyaki. A selection of wines, fresh fruit juices and saké complement the menu.
