Established in 1973, this prestigious restaurant enjoys a celebrated reputation which is confirmed in all the major food guides.
The cuisine is French based and the tempting 'a la carte' menu is enhanced by the now famous 'Menu Suprise', consisting of seven courses - from canapes to coffees. Daily dishes are also offered from market opportunites as they occur throughout the year.

Just cannot fault this lovely restaurant. Staff so welcoming, food so good, overall such a great traditional restaurant experience

Visited on recommendation of friends and were not disappointed! Excellent food and service. All seven courses of the menu surprise were fantastic and really good value for money. Well worth a visit.

An excellent evening. The Surprise Menu was superb, full marks for quality and variety of food. Service was always both friendly and professional.
The only thing that one could criticise is the decor - perhaps an update is due - but that did not detract from a wonderful evening.
