The Coda Maine pledges to donate 10% off first months food takings to Claire House

Marking the anniversary of The Coda Maine in Hoylake, they have released a brand new menu to tantalise your taste buds. For those of you have not yet visited the quirky but down to earth bar on the popular stretch in Hoylake, then you have been missing out. Music lovers rejoice, for here is a bar that plays all the classics you could possibly want from Nick Cave to The Who, to Dylan and Tracy Chapman, Blondie and what better way to wash a few tunes down than with a tasty cocktail or a reasonably priced pint, over the new food menu and bask in the sunshine in the popular terrace area, which is lucky enough to be in a position to receive the sun all day! 10% of the first months food takings will be donated to Claire House, a charity which is close to the hearts of The Coda Maine staff.

The Coda Maine owner Martin Moseley had this to say:

'We've wanted to do a 'real hearty food' menu since we opened but we just haven't been able to find the right chef, now we've got Lucy Dougherty on the team and an amazing menu produced, we can't way to give the locals what they have been asking for! Lucy is a highly experienced chef who came to us from The Wro, we're lucky to her have here at The Coda'
With favourites such as 'The Juicy Lucy' which boasts 2 burgers, a wedge of cheese, and packed with fresh tomato, gherkins, onions and onion rings, it's not for the faint hearted! And classics such as Fajita's, Fish Cakes, Ribs and amazing sharing platters, there's something at The Coda Maine for every palette and all at pocket friendly prices. Monday through to Thursday happy hour is 5pm until 7pm where John Smiths and Becks are £2 a pint, making the Coda Maine the cheapest place in Hoylake for your beer fix.
