Work experience: Managed pubs and restaurants from front of house, but during this time employed some very talented chefs who passed their knowledge onto me.


Tell us about your current menu: A wide variety of dishes to suit all needs, from classic prawn cocktails to slow roasted lamb shanks, and not forgetting our famous homemade burgers.

What is your favourite dish on your menu and why: The homemade burger - A constant crowd pleaser and when all extras are put on it a sight to behold.



What inspires you: Fresh local ingredients, pheasants are flooding in at the moment.


Which is your favourite restaurant? (not your own): Purnell's in Birmingham
