At Christakis Greek Restaurant on Smithdown Road we have an open kitchen cooking on real charcoal using the best quality meat from Hogan's butchers with fresh fish and vegetables from the local market. We also use special Greek products from Acropolis Foods and Dino's.
Specialities include lamb kleftiko, stifado, mezedes, mussaka, afelia and Greek meatballs plus fillet and sirloin steaks. We offer a large vegetarian selection with a platter including briam, plaki and veg dolmades, all homemade here at Christakis. Fish dishes include sea bass, bream, king prawns and fresh sardines and all dishes are served with complimentary rice, potatoes and Greek salad.
Our menu is very varied and you will find halal meals, gluten free meals and gluten free desserts from the famous Dafna's cakes!
We have not only built up a fantastic reputation on our Greek food, but also our Greek entertainment! Every Thursday-Saturday we have Greek dancing and belly dancers performing along with a DJ until 11.30pm. You can even bring your own wine! Perfect for a hen party, birthday, or any excuse to get up and have a great time!
