Work experience: I got over 30 years of experience, so theres too many to list but here are a few restaurants I have worked in. SW19 near Wimbledon. Rawalpindi, London. Koh-I-Noor, Birmingham. Eastern Tandoori, Washway Road, Manchester. The Royal on Wilmslow Road.

Tell us about your current menu: The menu took me and my daughter a year to develop. I had so many dishes that I wanted to include I needed my daughter to help me cut the menu down. I would have loved to add another 20 or 30 dishes. The menu we have come up with has a bit of everything and obviously we can offer any variations or any dishes lot listed for our customers.

What is your favourite dish on your menu and why: Every dish has been wonderful. I really cant decide. With beef, duck, fish I have a different favourite for every mood.

What inspires you: Compliments insire me. I always give 110% in the kitchen and when a customer gives me a compliment that insires me.
