Machine House in Michelin Guide and now 2 AA Rosettes!

Last year we were so pleased to learn that we had been included in the Michelin Guide; an accomplishment myself and the team worked hard to achieve but grateful nonetheless.

It brings me great to joy announce that just last week Wednesday, we were awarded 2 AA Rosettes Award for Culinary Excellence! This means so much to me and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and encouragement.

It is true that this year brings new accomplishments and with it comes more ideas on how to be your favorite local restaurant:

We are serving a free glass of prosecco when you order from our Market menu.
We now serve cocktails from Monday to Friday at £8.00 for two. Cocktails will be served on Saturdays at the usual price of £7.95.
Lastly, we are now fully booked for Valentine's evening; fortunately we will be serving the
same menu on the Thursday and Friday of the same week!

Having won AA Rosettes at The Belle Epoque and Shrigley Hall he has finally opened his own restaurant and the Machine House is the perfect vehicle for his flavour inspired foods. Kevin's philosophy is to surround himself with outstanding local produce and then intensify the flavours and let the food do the talking.

The Machine House is an intimate setting just a handful of miles from the centre of both Chester and Wrexham providing outstanding food in a unique menu inspired by Kevin's love of the sea and the land. His dishes find colourful ways of creating outstanding flavour laden dishes and his constant search for the perfect combination means you are enjoying cutting edge cuisine. Kevin's six course tasting menu means he cooks what he wants you to eat and you simply sit back and enjoy and his set menu features starters, mains and desserts that leave you with a real decision making problem - which one to choose?

Kevin makes all his own breads, butters, ice creams and sorbets as well as stocks, marinades and quite often catches his own fish for a real treat on the menu. If you love food and flavour then the Machine House is a must visit.
