Ying Wah has been serving authentic Chinese food to the Woolton community for over 30 years, making it one of the longest established Restaurants in Liverpool. The restaurant was first opened by a close family friend James Chan back in 1974. The restaurant was then passed on to Mr Ng Senior (Richard) in 1978 who helped maintain the high standards set, to this day they remain very good friends. Ying Wah continues to be a family run business situated in the heart of Woolton Village.

We use the finest South American sourced 100% Chicken and Fillet Steak, Isle of Man top side beef and Sirloin Steak. All fruit and vegetables are sourced locally dependant upon availability.

GT Shopfitting maintain the interior of our premises, this includes our top floor extension and bar area. Signature Catering supply all of our kitchen appliances including maintenance, service and newly extended kitchen area to help improve efficiency .

The top-floor function room has been extended to accommodate up to 70 plus people and now has a private bar and waiting area, an additional private dining facility has been created. It is perfect for birthdays, weddings and any other group celebration. Early bookings are advisable for key dates and weekends.
