Lal Qila (Red Fort) derives its inspiration from the famous Mogul Emperors who had scores of chefs at their disposal to ensure all royal guests were treated with the best there is to offer in culinary. The thought behind the name was to follow the Mogul legacy and ensuring that a unique experience in food and hospitality is offered to all patrons.

Opened in 1997, the 300 seater Lal Qila is arguably the most famous Indian Restaurant in Manchester and stands proudly at the heart of the famous curry mile. Lal Qila is the place where awesome food, great service and a convivial atmosphere all come together for the ideal gathering spot with friends and family.

The upstairs function room is available for hire and is the scene of many parties, weddings and functions.
