Sage Head Chef, Jeff Cadden, and his team love to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients wherever possible and has come up with some great taste combinations and varied menus. Dishes are stunningly presented and are complemented by a fine selection of wines to enhance your dining experience.

Midweek lunches start from £9.95 for two courses, and the evening menu is priced at just £18 for three courses. Sunday lunch is also hugely popular, and at £14.95 for three courses, Donington Manor Hotel provides the perfect setting for this great British tradition.
