Our Head Chef, Rose McClean Johnson has been with us for 9 years and in that time has built up an enviable local reputation for quality and imaginative food along with a loyal kitchen brigade. Rose's career spans over 26 years working in a range of high quality hotels and was encouraged from an early age to cook all styles of food; from rustic through to French cuisine. To this day she still cooks with the same commitment she began with.
