Dining at Soulton Hall is friendly and relaxed, yet in a formal setting. Where we are unable to use our own produce, we draw on the formidable Shropshire larder and the many artisan food producers in the locality. For the most part our atmospheric and historic dining rooms are exclusively lit by candle light: very romantic.
