Dodging a grim day on the coast we headed into the hills and came across the Ty Gwyn and had a really superb lunch. Food is locally sourced and well prepared. We chose starters and main courses and were then too full to take desserts. Both had seafood mains, my wife had a large bowl of superb moules and I took a crab and prawm thermidor. This is one hotel to look out for when in the Conwy valley.
