The Brasserie began life as little more than a specials board in the coffee shop, a little bit different to our sandwiches and salads. So popular were these specials that they first muscled their way onto the menu and in short order demanded a whole sheet of A3 paper to themselves. The style of food is difficult to describe, its both European and English, modern and traditional – there are sub-continental influences and a few Asian influences thrown in for good measure.
