We have been to this restaurant tonight, for a farewell meal for a colleague. I'd heard good reviews but I had never been. From the road side it could be off putting, but don't be fooled.. This place is a gem. Beautiful atmosphere, right by the canal. Comfortable and relaxing. The food is of high standard. The staff are attentive and pleasantly. If I had only one criticism, it would be that they never offered water as a standard, we had to go to the bar and ask. It is good for groups, couples, get together a and families. Even dog walkers are welcome on the terrace outside. I definitely will be going again
