I found this cafe, by accident, in the middle of a punishing workday. I sat and enjoyed a glorious hot chocolate and a light lunch. Apart from its being a lovely, balancing experience, Suzi knew at once what was required to fit into a gluten free diet, as I have coeliac disease. The big pub chains and their staff are very often ill, or non informed of the gluten free problem. I've met up with friends and family at Hullabaloo quite a few times now, as it's easy to get there and to park. If you want to sample free from cakes (the non safe ones look amazing) then it might be worth contacting Suzi to make sure you can follow your dream. I am now looking at joining in the newer venture of buying home cooked meals and snacks, fresh or frozen from Hullabaloo. Bliss!

Have been to Hullabaloo on a number of occasions: Breakfast lunch and dinner plus many times just for a hot chocolate. The Summer seasonal feast did not let us down. Smoked salmon starter followed by the chicken and lime soup - absolutely divine. Our taste buds were then cleansed with a watermelon and pomegranate sorbet which was absolutely fabulous. Our main course of succulent beef so perfectly cooked was to die for and the roasted tomatoes that accompanied this (among other things)were the best ever. The menu read 'Earl Grey Spice Cake with lavender infusesd honey and roast figs'. I wasn't sure on the Earl Grey bit as I don't like Earl Grey tea, BUT this was HEAVENLY GOOD. Couldn't fault a thing. Well done yet again Suzie!!!!
