Unfortunately when we arrived at The Wro Lounge, they did not have a note of our booking. They did, however, do everything to put things right - free drinks, discount on meals, plus excellent food and service. Will definitely go back when we visit West Kirby in the future!!

We have visited this restaurant several times and have always had a lovely welcome and excellent food. It is now our first choice to eat out for any occasion and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoys great food in a relaxed atmosphere. It was also brilliant when we took a friend with coeliac disease - the chef couldn't have been more helpful and there was a great choice of excellent dishes for each course. Thank you so much

Excellent food, served in a fresh & modern restaurant. Portion sizes were good, service was prompt and courteous. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommended.
