Me and my family a group of 9 of us came to your branch in Chester on November the 5th to celebrate my sons graduation. We were greeted with a warm welcome and shown to our table which was decorated with balloons for my son which was a nice touch, our waiter was called Carlton he is a credit to your company. He made our visit spectacular, as it was our firs visit he talked us through the menu even offering little samples of dishes!! I just hope when our local hickorys in Wolverhampton have staff like him. Thanks again Carlton for your great service. We will be visiting again soon

Visited 7th August at lunch time, recommend you book in advance as it's always busy and you can expect a long wait if not pre booked! The reason you can expect the long wait is because the food and service is excellent! Nothing negative to say about this place or it's staff, everything was spot on. It's like something straight out of Man V Food so make sure you're good and hungry when you arrive. Can highly recommend the Buffalo wings to start, went for the suicide sauce, if you like hot stuff these are good, but not too hot so that it ruins the rest of your meal. You can go hotter (homicide sauce) but I would suggest you might not be able to taste anything after that so beware! Also the pulled pork and ribs were excellent. As for drinks they stock a few nice draught beers, especially liked the Brooklyn larger in a frozen glass! We'll be back with some friends next month, can't wait!!!

I had the XXXL Burger and was amazed by the size of the burger to begin! And the flavours were outstanding!! I would definitely recommend Hickory's to anyone!
