We had the black menu at Fraiche last night - it was without doubt the best dining experience we've ever had! We lost count of the courses but probably about 15-20 courses, including smoking olives (literally 'smoking!') and lemon meringue pie made in liquid nitrogen at the table..! The tastes and flavours were amazing and so was the service. The most imaginative and creative dishes you could ever think of - very Heston Blumenthal! We have already booked to go back again.
