i live in buxton travel all the way to the viceroy nearly every weekend, i love it there its a fantastic restaurant, the food ant staff a great.specially the the week special on the board they a just mouthwatering . there a lot to say its just a fantastic Indian restaurant

I too have been eating at the Viceroy since it opened. The menu has recently been updated, and I defy anyone to say they have had bad food/ service/ experience..and that is not just because it is my home town. We use this restaurant for many different occasions, from the 'Sunday Special' inclusive menu, to private parties and fund-raising events. They even do 'outside' catering every few weeks in our local...try it before you condemn it!

I absolutely love the vice roy, have been going there for the past 6 years and have never had a bad meal. I have been to several other indian restaurants including ones in rusholme and this is by far the best! the mixed starter is really nice and i particularly like the roshune and bhuna dishes
