I cannot recommend this place enough we turned up on Friday 27th the hollow tree was packed and nearly every table was taken, we asked if they could find us a table for 16, we were told we could have a table where we could all sit together which would be coming vacant within the next half hour it infact became vacant within 15 minutes, we were told that there was a 30 minute wait on food due to how busy they were that was fine for us we all got drinks ordered the food relaxed and waited, The food arrived within the 30 minutes and it was fantastic great food at really great prices I persionally had the tower burger (would recommend to anyone) if you want a great night out with fantastic food at great a really great price worth every penny and ontop of that the staff really look after you many thanks to the hollow tree will be back soon

went for a meal with 11 members of my family. service was excellent, food even better, and when my 7 year old daughter mentioned to the waiter that her steak was chewy, they were more than ready to replace it. thank you for a wonderful meal. will be back and highly recommend

I visit The Hollow Tree every Friday night for tea with my partner on 1 occasion I ordered gnocchi and the bowl I received it in had 2 chips out of it and 1 crack I reported this and said the bowl needed throwing away we then went again about 3 weeks later and I had spaghetti bolognese and the bowl that I got my meal in was the same 1 from 3 weeks before I once again told the staff it needed throwing away.. All said and done though the food is excellent and the staff are polite and friendly :-)
