Verace is the Italian word for authentic, and we know that no matter where you are from, authentic food always tastes the best!
Throughout our menu you will see that handmade and homemade recipes feature strongly, because our kitchen is based on truly authentic Italian values, where everything is made with love and passion.
That passion starts from our Neapolitan pizza, cooked in only 60-90 seconds in our amazing handmade brick oven, which was built in Naples. It was built brick by brick, using 'Tuff' stones, modelled by hand. Sorrento's biscuit bricks were used for the base, and bricks from Santa Maria for the dome. Guided by our old Neapolitan traditions, any use of prefabricated concrete is banned!
You can try the Farinata – a Ligurian speciality cooked in a special handmade copper pan, or the delicious Panissa, a chips-style snack made with gram flour. Not to mention our prepared-to-order panini, and our pasta made with artisan dough.
This is all topped off by a selection of delicious salads and exquisite homemade desserts.
