Sean the restaurant manager and part owner has over 30 years of customer service skills behind him having previously owned a top hair dressing salon in Blackpool.

Russell and Elle are the builder and designer of the restaurant and the other part owners, they also have many business years behind them however their role is one of taste testing, some would say they have the best job of all!
