Established in 2007, Demetris was born from a passion for great Greek and Cypriot food and for a love of music and dance by Stewart "Demo" Demetriades (christened Stelios Yiannis Demetriades) and his wife Georgina. Demetris' authenticity comes from its Greek Cypriot roots and many of the Demetriades family (Paul Louis, Helena and Tobster) are involved in the every day running of this highly successful family business. The fantastic 'classic Greek' dishes on offer are complemented by 'new classics' which are created by Stewart and Georgina and their passion for fine food. Stewart's father, Klitos still resides in the Cypriot mountains where Stewart spent his childhood days learning about the great Greek village dishes that his dad loved and cooked for the family.
