Hanahana is a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant situated on Bath Lane, close to Newcastle's Chinatown. The restaurant comprises eight teppanyaki grill stations where diners sit and watch the theatre as the skilled Teppanyaki chefs go to work. You can go a la carte here but most will choose one of the various set meals and banquets. Alternatively, Hanahana offers a choice of sushi and sashimi.
