Originally built in the 16th Century and formerly known as The Raven, The Farndon sits in the heart of the picturesque village of Farndon. The village, renowned for it's strawberry fields lies on the Cheshire plain surrounded by open countryside, on the border between England & Wales, giving easy access to both Chester and Wrexham.
It has recently been extensively refurbished throughout with both the pub and restaurant restored to their former glory. The contempary but modern design creates a welcoming, homely feeling and is enhanced by the warmth from the open log fire and friendly, helpful staff.
Sit where you can feel the warmth from the log fire, lean back and relax into one of our comfy settees, let the cares of the day wash away while we serve you hand pulled cask ales and fine wine.
