With two AA rosettes, our "Nature to plateâ'€' philosophy ensures we use only the freshest seasonal ingredients, simply prepared and without too much fuss. Our dishes look refined, and the flavours are instantly recognisable. Our passion for fresh ingredients means we consistently strive to support local Cheshire suppliers.
