Dating back to the 16th century, The Bluebell Inn is a rural pub and restaurant tucked away in the village of Arkendale just north of Harrogate. Priding itself on a back-to-basics menu of traditional British classics, the informal restaurant uses local ingredients including beef, lamb and trout from the Dales, seafood from the east coast and seasonal vegetables and herbs.
