Itihaas restaurant on Birmingham's Fleet Street has a stunning interior with slate finished walls, original paintings and carved stone elephants. There are two dining rooms, the Colonial Room overlooking the canal and the opulent Maharaja Suite below. Dishes draw inspiration from North India, Mumbai and Kenya.
