Graze Restaurant in the historic Brunswick Square district of Brighton and Hove offers a range of grazing size dishes within its Regency inspired interior. Head chef Adrian Geddes draws on local, seasonal, organic produce to create his A La Carte Menu of around 20 starter size dishes split evenly between seafood, meat and vegetarian such as Seared Rye Bay scallops, Asparagus and morel risotto, Roasted partridge breast and desserts such as rhubarb and honeycomb ice cream. There's a seven course seasonal (£34.95) and vegetarian tasting menu (£32.95) as well, with courses such as Risotto of broad beans and peas, Couscous and feta barrel with pomegranate dressing and Yoghurt panna cotta with Marsala strawberries and Strawberry consommé. Both are available with wine pairing from their extensive cellar for an additional £25.
