The restaurant itself is elegant, yet friendly and offers exciting twists on classic and modern dishes, which have won critical acclaim both regionally and nationally. The ingredients are sourced locally and there is a chance to watch them being incorporated into dishes at the much-sought-after Chef's Table. Starters are designed to share and include delights such as mackerel with star anise and horseradish and scallops with monkfish cheeks and chicken nuggets.
